Abby has lived in Asheville for over 20 years, originally moving here to get her undergrad degree from UNCA. Obtaining her Masters in Public Health and finding opportunities to work in public service for many years, she stayed in WNC and has become very familiar with the unique rural communities surrounding Asheville. Abby lives in North Asheville with her family, but you’ll often find her visiting the Holmes’ Family Farm in Leicester, NC, where she manages their Airbnb.  Abby has experience in vacation rental management both in the city proper and in outlying areas, which has led her to become an Airbnb Ambassador, offering new hosts guidance & expertise on how to become a successful vacation rental owner. She currently offers co-hosting services for eligible vacation rentals in the Asheville area. Her passion for interior design and home improvement projects gives her a keen eye for recognizing the potential in any property. Her creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and positive attitude will rub off on you as you seek for your next dream home or investment property.

Some of Abby’s favorite things to do in Asheville is dine on the many outdoor patios, attend concerts, and go hiking with her family.
