Kate Connealy

This is the best chapter of life – right here and right now. Asheville has a unique way of nurturing those who make Asheville “home”. Kate and her family of five were drawn to the Smokey Mountains after too many winters in the Midwest!

Kate graduated from Michigan State University as Top 100 of her graduating class with a Bachelor’s Degree of Interior Design and began her career in Chicago’s Architecture & Design industry. This is where she met her husband and future business partner. They found great joy in building a loyal network and impacting commercial interiors around the world. After 20 years of this mission and gusto, they were ready for nature’s version of a skyline.

As a child, Kate would ride her bike to new residential developments with her dad’s architectural supplies in her backpack and spend hours sketching the new homes in the area. Still today, you will see Kate parked alongside roads taking in the homes, views and landscaping. Kate has a gift of visualization, project management and connection. Having her on your team is a sure bet for a happier tomorrow.
