Meet Your Realtor

Malic Lowe

I’m Malic Lowe, a proud Asheville native and real estate agent with Asheville Realty Group, serving Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities. Being born and raised here gives me a deep understanding of the area, from the neighborhoods and mountain towns to the local culture and lifestyle that make WNC such a special place to live. I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, honesty, and local expertise.

As a young professional and person of color in real estate, I’m also passionate about being strong representation within the industry and showing others that there is space for diversity and success in corporate and professional fields. I believe relationships, authenticity, and community matter, and I strive to create an experience where every client feels welcomed, respected, and understood throughout the process.

Before starting my real estate career, I spent the last eight years working in hospitality at Wicked Weed Brewing, where I developed strong communication skills and a true passion for working with people. I also earned my Associate in Science degree from A-B Tech Community College. The qualities people often use to describe me are dependable, available, adaptable, consistent, and loyal — and those are the same values I bring to every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and our pets — our dogs, Zuko and Appa, and our cat, Laurent. I love traveling, hiking around Western North Carolina, staying active in the gym, and following sports. Giving back to the community is also important to me, and I’ve volunteered locally with Habitat for Humanity. Asheville has always been home to me, and I’m excited to help others find their place here while providing a personalized and genuine experience every step of the way.
