Barb was beyond great to work with! She really listened to needs in a house and I never felt pressured to hurry up the search process. In fact, she frequently encouraged me to wait for the right one because there are always houses coming up, and I really appreciated that approach since this is my first home and I plan to live there for any foreseeable future. Being new to the process, it was also helpful to have someone who could give me ballpark ranges of estimates for updates needed, as well as recs for contractors to do any work (painters, bathroom renovation, etc). Would highly recommend Barb for helping find your home, and I'll definitely recommend her to all my friends!

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Barb was in this home buying experience. It is a bit daunting buying a home out of state, with limited knowledge of the area. Barb was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with showing us homes. She was very well prepared on each home we visited and within a few emails prior to visiting, she was able to accurately recommend homes that both met our budget, as well as our needs. After we purchased, she lined up inspectors for us, had additional recommendations for us, and completely streamlined the process of home buying from start to finish. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough, I'd probably say 8 or 9 may suffice.
