Known for his strong work ethic and steady leadership, Christian is committed to supporting both his clients and his team with clarity, consistency, and care.

Christian’s path to real estate began long before he earned his license. Raised in a proud Air Force family, he moved frequently throughout the U.S., gaining early exposure to many communities and learning to adapt quickly. That sense of mobility helped shape his understanding of what it means to find—and create—a true sense of home. He moved to Asheville in 2010 and quickly connected with the area’s creative energy, Blue Ridge beauty, and deep sense of community.

His work ethic was set in motion early, delivering newspapers before sunrise at age 12 in Olympia, Washington. From working his way through college at Gap Inc. stores to a decade-long career in social services and healthcare administration, Christian has always shown up with discipline, compassion, and follow-through. Clients often praise his clear communication, calm problem-solving, and thoughtful guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Christian holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Dakota, a graduate certification in Healthcare Innovation Management from Western Carolina University, and is a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public. He also serves on the board of his community association.

He earned his North Carolina real estate broker’s license in 2019 and spent his early years learning the business under the mentorship of Rob Montague. After establishing himself as an independent agent, Christian stepped into the role of Broker-in-Charge in 2023. In this position, he supports a thriving team of agents while continuing to work directly with clients. He’s proud to help uphold Asheville Realty Group’s high-integrity reputation for personalized service, collaborative culture, and hyperlocal expertise.

Outside of real estate, Christian lives fully and locally—running Asheville’s urban trails, paddleboarding nearby lakes, enjoying live music and stand-up comedy, and baking for family and friends. Most of all, he values the life he’s built in Asheville with his husband, Rocky. Together since 2010, they’ve shared countless adventures, quiet weekends, and big decisions side by side. Along with their Boston Terrier, Walter—who happily steals the spotlight wherever he goes—Christian and Rocky find joy in the everyday moments that make a place feel like home.
