My husband and I reached out to Heather Leslie to help us find a forever lake front property when we were still narrowing down which lake in NC (or SC or VA for that matter) we wanted to live on. She went above and beyond to help us narrow it down, showed us existing properties, land to build on and drove “all over creation” (Lake James, Lure, King’s Mountain, etc). She was always looking out for our best interests to ensure we would find the right forever home for us. She puts her clients’ needs before her own and when we narrowed it down to an area she wasn’t as familiar with because it was out of her region, she referred us to a wonderful colleague who knew the area well. Heather was a joy to work with, always professional and treats everyone like family. You are in good hands working with her.

Heather did a great job in assisting in the purchase of a cabin as a vacation rental. She was very flexible with our schedule and spent many hours and miles trying to find the right one. Her communication was second to none and was very much an excellent negotiator.
