Josh Wells

I grew up in Marion, NC and graduated from McDowell High in 2001. After graduating, a change of scenery was in order so some friends and I moved to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I bar tended my way through school where I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee having majored in Theatre and minored in Cinema Studies. You might’ve seen me on Law & Order SVU or Homicide Hunter a few times.

I became a REALTOR in Sevier County, Tennessee and have been very successful over the past few years helping families find their forever homes and investors to find their Smoky Mountain vacation rental properties.

My wife and I decided we wanted to be closer to our extended family here in Western NC while staying close to Gatlinburg and Sevier County, TN where I continue to practice Real Estate. Our journey led us to Black Mountain, NC located just between Marion and Asheville.

I love to sit back when I can and watch movies, read comic books and hang out with my four daughters. We’re a busy bunch but a happy one.
