Lisa Nickerson

Lisa first came to the Western North Carolina region in 1984 working for an area summer camp and fell in love with the beautiful Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains and in 1993 made the Asheville area her permanent home. Raised in a military family she has lived from Massachusetts to the Florida Keys. After graduating from the University of Florida Lisa has pursued many ventures including working for the state of NC in the area of behavioral health, time working as a wedding photographer and eventually finishing her bachelor’s in nursing to continue her work in behavioral health in Asheville. Growing up she first became exposed to the real estate world with her grandfather who owned his own a real estate firm in Massachusetts. She remembers tagging along with him for showings and remodels and enjoying the experience so much she was always eager to assist family and friends in their search for a new home. Becoming realtor in the past year she hopes to turn her personal passion into a permanent career and utilize her experience and knowledge of Asheville and the surrounding region to help you find a home that is just right for you!
