I met real estate agent Nikki Freeman purely by chance when requesting to view a home on the market while in Asheville earlier this year. While that home did not work out, we stayed connected as I considered a move to the area. She would check in on occasion, not overdoing it, but making sure that I knew she was there if I was ready to move forward. In October I visited the area again and on my second-to-last day in town, found a house just entering the market in the exact area I was hoping to purchase in. She booked a showing and then helped me navigate the offer process as I drove home the next day – multiple offers were expected, so details were important. My offer was selected, and I was easily able to navigate all the tasks that followed with the help of her and the team she had working with her. Just two days before my schedule closing in December, she notified me that a water pipe had burst after the seller moved out, and extensive damage was done. This is when Nikki really went above & beyond in every way. We were able to move out the closing date as she worked with the HOA/insurance company and restoration professionals to get as much information for me so that I could make an informed decision on whether to move forward. I’m happy to say that I closed last week, and the work will be underway soon. None of this would have gone smoothly without her help. In an important process like this it’s key to know you can count on your real estate agent. For that reason alone, if you are looking to sell or buy in the Asheville area, I highly recommend Nikki Freeman.

Nikki has been amazing through the whole buying process! We looked for almost a year before we finally found our new home, and Nikki went above and beyond the whole time. Very responsive and always setup showings around our schedule. Very helpful with putting together offers and explaining everything needed on our end.
