She knows this region VERY well, living her for a couple of decades. She has fantastic contacts across so many businesses that will really enhance the search, offer, closing and moving phases to help out the home buyer or seller. Once we made an offer and got our inspection back, Lisa was all about negotiation and got us some much needed buyer credits. In addition, when our underwriter demanded that repairs be made less than a week before closing, Lisa was responsible for getting the repairs done, house inspected without changing our closing date.In so many ways, we wouldn't have our house without her!
