She has an extensive local network and has seen all sorts of weird situations in the house buying process, and always has a plan for dealing with them (she's great at calming you down, too).She's knowledgeable and professional and we trusted her instantly from the moment we met. Her expertise and intuition are considerable, and she helped educate us about the home-buying process along the way. She took time to get to know what was important to us and what we liked. Once we made an offer and got our inspection back, Lisa was all about negotiation and got us some much needed buyer credits. In addition, when our underwriter demanded that repairs be made less than a week before closing, Lisa was responsible for getting the repairs done, house inspected without changing our closing date.In so many ways, we wouldn't have our house without her!

It’s really hard to know where to start when writing a review about a person deserving of so much praise and celebration. There are so many stories, born from the many trials and tribulations that come with home shopping. My husband and I were shopping for our home from out of town, and Lisa held our hand the entire way. She knew exactly what we were looking for and wasn’t afraid of the word “no”, or our favorite “absolutely NOT.”Lisa wasn’t driven by making the sale - she was committed to helping us find a home our little family would love. I can’t tell you how many times we probably drove her insane with the mass amount of listings we would send over to her… but she answered our calls, investigated any and every house, drove around neighborhoods to make sure everything was up to our standards... When we finally met in person, she spent all day touring homes with the same patience, love, and unfiltered candor as she had virtually. Lisa laughed with us and felt for us… held us when high hopes fell through. Most importantly, she fiercely fought for us. We cannot recommend her highly enough… there are just not enough words to do her justice. We not only found our perfect home - we gained a wonderful friend.
