Best Real Estate Agent I have had! Kyle was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the area and housing market was very impressive. Kyle is an agent that actually goes above and beyond what I have experienced with previous agents. The following are just a few examples: Kyle helped me pack and move boxes. Kyle pushed my garbadge can down my gravel driveway (which is about 150 yards) for trash pickup and came back to return the container back to my house several times while I was out of town. Kyle checked my mailbox a couple times a week and mailed the mail to my new address at no charge (I had moved out of the house I was selling to a different state). Kyle took me to the Uhaul store at 6 in the morning to drop me off so I could pick up the truck. He then followed me back to my house to help with the move. Kyle would check on my house and property several times a week since I was no longer living in the house. He would pick up sticks/limbs, sweep my porches, etc. Kyle was always available and always answered his phone or responded immediately to emails or text messages. Kyle understands negotiation and will help you achieve your financial goals. Kyle is a turn key agent. He has all the right people that are needed to close the deal.
